Scrolling on its own
My iphone screen is clean but when ever i open an app that can be scrolled up in down. The phone keeps scrolling in one direction over and over. It is like I have ghost. Can anyone help?

Does this occur at the particular app or like all of the apps?
Try to force restart your iPhone.
Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
If force restart doesn't resolve an issue, then you have to restore your iPhone to factory settings, set it up as new to exclude a software bug.
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
If after all these steps your screen still doesn't behave, schedule an appointment at a Genius Bar or the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider.

Have you replaced the screen of the phone?
No never have had the screen repaired or has it been damaged.
I guess Im going the Genius Bar. I tried all those things last night to no avail.
