Gift Card

Hello, I got a gift card but I am not able to redeem it due to kind of error. Could you please let me know what should I do as it’s not working.

Redeem App Store & iTunes Gift Cards, Apple Music Gift Cards, and content codes

If you can't redeem your iTunes Gift Card or code

You may only redeem a gift card in the same country where it was purchased.
