iTunes Store images not loading

I installed iTunes on a laptop PC I recently purchased and am having trouble with store images not loading. It happens with artwork for albums, movies, and TV shows. I have the most up to date version of iTunes, cleared my cache multiple times, and even uninstalled/reinstalled to see if it would help. I'm still having this problem and appreciate any help that can be provided. I attached a screenshot for reference.

Sorry, I read the solution on another post.


  1. find the iTunes.exe file
  2. right click and select "properties"
  3. go to the "compatibility" tab.
  4. select "Change high DPI settings" box.
  5. check the "Override high DPI scaling behavior" option.
  6. choose "System (Enhanced)".


This resolved my issue. Next time I will read the other posts before I submit my own.
