How to fix System Overload in Garage Band v 10.3.2?

Hi! I have a brand new MacBook Pro -running OS Mojave v 10.14.5. Even if I close all other apps and programs when I'm working in Garage Band (with I use without any extras...just plain as it is), I'm constantly interrupted with this error-message that says: System Overload. The Sound/Audio Engine cannot .... with you data in time... I´s unbelievably annoying and frustrating....! I have installed 8Gb memory, have the latest software installed, and yes: I have tried the "freeze-tracks-method"... Still I get this #$%&/()=?)(ÅP/O&/)%&$()%/(&)/ message.... Pleeaaase help me!!
