Macbook won't log in for the first time
I just got my Macbook pro brand new from my school. I tried creating my account, and it won't log in now. It's been like 10 minutes. What can I do to fix this problem?

Resetting NVRAM could solve the issue, though if it doesn't work, you would need to reinstall macOS from the scratch by Recovery mode.
