What 'stuff' ? Purchases (if they are still in the store, not hidden, and if you haven't moved countries since buying them) can be redownloaded via the Purchased sections in the store apps : Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books - Apple Support
