I have got this email for the purchase refund and the money that I wanted back is not back on my account and I have signed out and back in and it’s still not there. So please help me I really would like to have my money back. I never got these app. Thank you

In the same article I provided the link to it states, "Products purchased from apple.com using an Apple Store Gift Card will be
refunded to you as an Apple Store Gift Card by email. If you’d like us to send you an Apple Store Gift Card, ask the representative helping you".
As there is no time frame mentioned, and as this was an in-house refund, the amount should have been credited back to the Gift Card you used immediately. That said, contact iTunes Support

I did not use one of those cards I used a gift card. Sorry I should have told you what I used I guess that would have helped.
