Double charge

Hello my name is Jessica and I have been using the iTunes for 9.99 a month and I have noticed that I have been billed for my iTunes three this month one for 9.99 and another for .99 cents. The first ones were made on 5/10 posted 5/13 on my bank statement and then again on 5/26 for 9.99. Can you please tell me why I was charged three time. Because the charge on 5/26 cost 9.99 plus an overdraft fee of 35. I thought it had been paid since a payment was tooken on the 5/13 please any info helps thank you

We are fellow users, we won't know what you have or haven't been charged for. And I assume you mean you've subscribed to Apple Music which give you free downloads from Apple Music, there isn't a subscription to the iTunes Store.

If you have been charged multiple times for the same thing contact iTunes Support :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
