Acc files tranfer
I can tranfer some acc files but others wont tranfer to my mp3

Content from an Apple Music subscription is protected by DRM and cannot be used with third party players.

Do you have a subscription to Apple Music? Would you have any iTunes purchases from 2009 or earlier? DRM-free purchases from the iTunes Store, or AAC files from CD rips or other sources should be OK.

I am confused at this stage I just finished transferring my acc files to my mp3 player from my old pc non problems there. The problem seems to be with my new pc which allows me to transfer only some files mostly old files I am able to transfer some lately purchased ones all very confusing
but I can transfer some acc files and in my prevous mp3 i did not experience this problem and iam using the same brand " San Disc"
You haven't answered the question about Apple Music. Select a track that won't copy, press Ctrl+i to get info and look on the file tab for details that might be relevant. Another possible issue is addressed in Repair security permissions for iTunes for Windows - Apple Community. If you've moved the library properly from one computer to the other then the behaviour ought to be the same in both copies.
