I can't hear put of my airpods but everyone else can

My airpods are connected to my phone and playing music but i can't hear it and everyone else can. The music is only playing out of the speakers on the sides of my airpods and it's not actually coming from where is goes into my ear. it's only in the right earbud and the left is perfectly fine!!
