video before DVD menu

When burning a DVD, is possible to have a short video play BEFORE the DVD menu appears?

iMac 27", macOS 10.14

Not in FCP, but perhaps in other authoring applications.

Thanks Tom, I thought as much.

Unfortunately no other applications come close after the demise of Adobe Encore

I still use DVDSP, but have it loaded on another computer or hard drive with an earlier OS.
