Removing alarm clock badged apps from IPad Pro Dock
I want to remove alarm clock badged app icons from my iPad Dock.
iPad Pro, iOS 12
Settings > General > Multitasking&Dock > Show Suggested and Recent Apps.... set to off.

I am having the same issue and this just started out of the blue. I did what you suggested and it removed all the recently used apps except for the one with the clock badge. It still appears. Any other suggestions.
