Hello my name is Leo. I am on a trip in Mexico. I live in the US. I just got robbed, they took my phone. I already reported it but I was looking for the pictures I just took a couple of hours ago... I opened the images of my Apple Watch and they are there!!! How could I get them transfer to my MacBook Pro or my friend's phone??? Is that possible??

Sorry, there is no way to download from the watch to other devices. What you see on the watch is a one way transfer from your iPhone of a reduced size image (so it fits on the watch).
Hopefully your phone was setup to sync your photos to your iCloud and you will have them there at full resolution.
You may already have found this but i’ll Post the link anyway, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support. The one point it doesn’t really mention is remember to notify your cellular service ASAP so the SIM can be blocked and the thief can’t use it in another phone at your cost.

This explains how you can transfer photos from your watch to your iPhone and then to your computer.I cannot vouch for this method as I have never tried it myself.
