BALANCE OF ITUNES CARD

CANNOT GET THE BALANCE OF MY ITUNES CARD. IT SAID IT HAS BEEN REDEEMED AND I HAVE A BALANCE. HOW DO I GET HELP?

If the card has been redeemed any remaining balance will be on the account (View your Apple ID balance - Apple Support), the card is now used and has no value.

Help with what ? If the card has been redeemed the card is used and empty, it has no value.

And there is no need to shout.

Sorry caps lock on. I have not used the entire amount on the card and there is supposed to be a balance on it. When I enter the redemption code it states it is invalid.
