im not able to remove call forwading

Example: If you want to divert / forward / Cancel Call Forward calls *Code*mobile number if your number is 9123456789 then dial *401*9123456789 from your Reliance Jio number.

Please note that as on May 04, 2019 calls from Reliance Jio mobile number can not be diverted / forwarded to BSNL mobile number or BSNL landline. There is not solution for this as BSNL has not started providing this facility yet.

Deactivate call forwarding , call divert from Jio to another mobile number:

The call forwarding / call divert service can be deactivated by dialing below short codes

depending upon your activation type.

Example:

If you have diverted / forwarded calls unconditionally then dial *402 from your Jio number to deactivate unconditional call forward / divert service.

Alternatively, you can activate / deactivate call forwarding / call divert from phone settings. Go to Call > Click on three dots at upper side to access Settings > Call Settings > Select SIM (Jio sim) > Call forwarding. There may be some minor changes in the options for different mobile phones.

If nothing works then please call Reliance Jio customer care.
