i have another icloud account. This account is not logged in, in my iphone. I want you to suggest me some ways that how i can open it. moreover i don't know the password and security question.

To reset its security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
To reset its password : If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
If you need iTunes Support's help to reset them : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
And it's not a good idea to post your email address on a public forum (unless you like spam emails).
