Good day. How to get a refund for this application? I did not want to buy it. The money from the card was written off without my consent, this is a fraud. Please return the money for this application

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
