My iPhone X does not pair with my Acura 2010 TSX. I had an iPhone 6 which paired just fine. Acura said it’s a known issue .. iPhone tech help said to go to an apple store. Apple store could not step out to help.. any suggestions or just get another older phone ?

The standard fall back I’ve found when having Bluetooth pairing issues is to ensure any reference to previous connection(s) is removed not only from the iPhone but also from the vehicle system.
Failing that the TSX Club forum is also discussing the issue (with other devices though) which may have a possible solution, just incase you haven’t seen it the links below.

YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR!! After exhaustive attempts with Acura, Apple support, and Apple store, I successfully paired my phone with your help! I removed all phones from “vehicle system” and followed the instructions on the “specific post”.. And success ! I was about to return this phone X and go back to the iPhone 6. Thank you for taking the time to send me this research ...You really made my day ! I will share this with my Acura dealership ! Thank you soooooo much for sharing your expertise! Have a great day !!
You're welcome, one last bit of advice, print out the relevant sections from this discussion and then kept safe with the vehicle owners manual, from my experience you always seem to end up needing things like this again sometime in the future!
