Can't update my apps

I am unable to add a payment method to my Apple id because I have changed country. However, Apple will also not allow me change my country on the store front. Hence I can't update my apps or pay for my icloud using a me payment method from my new country of domicile.

You need a zero account balance, you need to cancel all your subscriptions, you need a credit card issued by a bank in the country the store is in, and you need a billing address in that country. If you have an account balance, either buy something more expensive and pay the balance with a credit card or contact iTunes Support and ask them to zero balance your account.
