Netflik does not work on my iPad 4 current on os 10

Have you checked the App Store for an updated version? Checked to see what IOS is required?

Once a new version of an app is released, the older version in no longer available.
On the app for works only on IOS 11. The iPad 4 I have 10.3.3 and there could be a previous version of the app available from Apple bit I don't know where To look for it.
