why cant i sent pictures to anroid phones from my iphone

Im trying to send pictures from my phone to my husbands phone. He uses android and I have an iPhone. I can message him, but for some reason I am unable to send pictures to him. Is there a fix for this?

Sending photos using messaging to a non-Apple product requires using MMS Messaging through your cellular carrier.

These are the prerequisites:

Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging = “On”
Your cellular carrier must have approved your plan for MMS Messaging. This may cost extra.
