Hello, I have a problem with iMessage and FaceTime they are not activated with the phone number only work with Apple ID , write activation failure how to fix the problem?

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Messages - If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime


Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Try a forced restart.
