Extra charge
I sign up for extra storage on my tune account for 0.99 a month, but they charge me 4.99 every month and this month was charge 3 time, can you help?

If you think you are being charged the wrong amount (I assume you've looked at the account's purchase history), and if you'e been charged multiple times (two of the attempts aren't failures ?), contact iTunes Support.
