How do you download Spotify to Mac...it's not available on the APP Store

i'm not able to download Spotify for Mac, error message states settings don't allow from internet download, only at APP Store.???

How and where do i change the settings

Apple menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > General (at top of the Security & Privacy window) > Allow Apps downloaded from:
