A gift card is showing for my account. I don't know how to use the card to purchase songs.

Redeem the card as shown here. Your Apple ID will then have the value associated with the card available for you to use as store credit.

Just purchase items from iTunes, and your balance will be used before your credit card.

The gift card balance shows on ITUNES on my PC. But I don’t see where I can purchase songs with it.
