CINEMAX subscription service via APPLE TV

I purchased CINEMAX subscription via APPLE TV, the last episode of the series WARRIOR episode 9, season 1 can only be viewed by my SPECTRUM TV app or Amazon Prime app with CINEMAX subscription through them. Why can’t I view the last episode of season 1 on my APPLE TV subscription? Is this the same for other content on APPLE TV CINEMAX subscription? If this cannot be fixed, than what’s the point of subscribing CINEMAX through my APPLE TV? I might as well go through my SPECTRUM cable provider or my AMAZON Fire Stick.

SEE the option for EPISODE 9 is different, it has [Cinemax] in the description. The other episodes are different and are viewable through APPLE TV. Why is this?
