Can an iMac bought in the US(110v) be plugged to European voltage (220v)?

I have iMac late 2013 model, 27". Does it auto switch from 110v to 220v? Do I need a power converter or will the plug adapter be enough? and if the plug adapter is enough, is there anything else I need to do?

24" iMac in both EU and USA? Hello, I would like to purchase a 24" iMac (2021) and use it in both the EU and USA. Would simply having the two separate power cords work (one for EU and one for USA)? Or do I need an entire voltage converter?
