I registered through apple for crave tv, I paid the annual fee but would like to add the HBO option
can't seem to do directly with Crave
it says : For users subscribed via Apple, go to your Apple account to see details of your payment history
any idea how I should go about it?

You can see your purchase history through this link. You can see when you payed, and the order number. Not sure how that helps, though.

It seems you should be able to do an in-app purchase for the add-on subscription.
