I have MetroPCS and I was wondering if I can buy a iphone Xr off the apple site or at an apple store with monthly payments then just go to Metro and get a sims card???????

Yes you can. Apple sells unlocked iPhone. So you can have any sim or carrier you prefer.

I have personal brought a iPhone on a monthly plan. Whether you can is down to Apple store and you. Ask when you go and buy it.
