iPhone 7s

Well my iPhone 7s hasn’t been working for about two months I done everything I can think of n still not working now this the second iPhone 7s that this has happen too not cool that I get phone that are defected I pay my bill n I can’t use it now I can only use it wit WiFi n I think this is wrong I can’t get calls nor call out I can’t believe that you guys send me a messed up phone
