U.S store in a different country

is it possible to use a u.s store in saudi arabia? Cause someone told me that apple will close all the u.s accounts in saudi

You cannot use a U.S. store in Saudi Arabia.

You must be living in the U.S. with a U.S. address and a U.S credit card.
