Apple Watch

I locked myself out of my Apple Watch and now I can’t pair it to my new phone. Won’t let me get past the pairing screen to try and change my passcode. Didn’t have to use it because my old phone was always right next to my phone so I never had to type it in. Then I forgot it. HELP?!!!
