Hello I can't log into my apple music with my apple ID

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


You might need to enable 2 Factor Authentication on your Apple ID and create an app specific password to use. If your account won’t allow 2 Factor Authentication, try 2 step verification.

Hey,


I managed to sort it out. I accessed the Apple Music app when I was on another WiFi network. I needed to review my credit card information and it seems my WiFi at home was blocking the action. So anyway I am all set up now. I have another phase of connecting it to my Sonos system. Hopefully it will work without irritating me. If it doesn't atleast I know where the problem could be and I will talk to the service provider.
