How do I stop opendirectoryd from using all my cpu? High Sierra 10.13.6

I opened up Activity Monitor and discovered that 'opendirectoryd' is hogging my CPU. How to I get it to stop. is it safe to delete /System/Library/dyld/dyld_shared_cache_arm64e if your Mac is intel x86 processor recently I have been cleaning cache and unnecessary documents hoping to flush them out of the system and hidden folders. I have used many system cleaners and daisy disk, until I upgraded to MacOS 11 (Big Sur) and daisy disk said that the disk was read only. other system cleaners work but daisy disk and omnidisksweeper aren't working so I have to flush the system by hand. does anyone know how to fix these issues with macOS Big Sur? the file I was hoping to delete has arm64e probably meaning ARM 64bit architecture when I have a intel Mac, so is it safe to delete or are apps like rosseta 2 using this cache for a transition I don't know. thanks.
