App Store Is Not Working.

Today I opened my App Store, it’s not working, on any network, not through wifi neither on cellular. I’m facing this issue for the first time. The device I’m using is iPhone X and my current running software on device is iOS 12.3.1 . When I’m searching for apps in App Store, I’m getting ‘Can’t connect to the App Store’. Please solve this issue as soon as possible
