Keep getting error cannot download apps at this time also will not let me update.

I have checked online and done several troubleshooting items which none has worked. Has anyone been able to resolve this on an iPad?? Please thank you

The App Store was off line earlier today. It is supposedly working again. Have you tried recently?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

Reset Device
