Purchase could not be completed
I tried purchasing some things on text me and it kept telling purchase could not be completed contact iTunes support and I have more than enough as my balance
I tried purchasing some things on text me and it kept telling purchase could not be completed contact iTunes support and I have more than enough as my balance
What did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ? If you haven't done as instructed and contacted them you should do so :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
each time I click on the get support or help section it keeps telling “we’re sorry at this time can’t be reached try again later . And I’ll try hours later and still same thing for more than 24hours
