iTunes movie

I pre-order my movie, and when it was released, it didn’t have the iTunes Extras, but then a month later, now, the movie has it and now I don’t know how to get the iTunes Extras.

How to access a downloaded movie I rented and downloaded a movie from iTunes and it is supposed to be available for 30 days (48hrs after I begin it). I went to iTunes to watch it and iTunes is saying that I haven't purchased anything. Any idea how I can access the movie?
