Continuous horizontal scrolling

Hello,

I have a problem: using Magic Mouse and also other mouse (Anker), when macOS (Mojave 10.14.5) has the possibility to scroll horizontally, it scroll automatically!!! I tried to disable the keyboard and change mouse, I tried to reset PRAM. If I change the mouse setting to "natural scroll", the direction of horizontal scrolling change, but it continue to happen without my input!

Any suggestion?

the next day, with the keyboard fully charged, the problem seems to be solved
