i tried to purchase an item in Clash Royale but it said “cannot connect to iTunes store”.
I contact the game support and they said i need to contact you.
I have good internet connection and I have money in the card. I have purchased things many times before and this is the first time I cant.

That is the only message you get, you don't first get a message saying to contact iTunes Support ?
If it is the only message have you tried : If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or Apple Books - Apple Support ?
