I have iPhone 6s that was from California Los Angeles but I am from India I put Indian Sim on it but it says the carrier is not supported my relative from Los Angeles has paid the money to Apple but the phone was not unlocked I put Jio sim on it but it was not unlocked please try to understand my problem and please unlock my iPhone 6s thank you sir

You have to contact the carrier that it's locked too.

Remove your personal information from a public community.
You have to contact the carrier yourself. Read an article.
But it has it AT&T Sim card it was locked but when I put the Indians simIt was not supported by the carrier

Contact AT&T and ask to unlock this iPhone so you could use it with Indian carriers.
