Billing problem

I have been billed by iTunes for a music purchase. I DO NOT use devices for music. I do not even have iTunes app on my phone. The only thing I pay Apple for is storage upgrade. When I try to find out what the purchase was, I am told to open the iTunes app. I do not have or want this app, but apparently Apple wants me to have it so they can share even more information about clients.

The amount is small, only $2.15, but the problem is big. I should not be forced to use apps that I do not want and I should not be charged for things that I know nothing about.

You have, or had, a built-in iTunes Store app on the phone, and App Store and Settings (e.g. you can log into an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and view its purchases). For a computer you don't have to download and install iTunes on it, you can view the last 90 purchases on an account via http://reportaproblem.apple.com
