"Could not activate cellular data network"

"You are not subscribed to a cellular data service." I have been getting this message for about 2 weeks off and, more on than off the last week. The phone can receive and make calls, but not access the internet or send/receive texts. The service is paid and up to date, my husband has the exact same phone on the same service plan and has no issues. I compared all my settings (general, wi-fi, cellular data, etc.) to his and they are identical. I have tried resetting the network settings (twice), turning options off then back on and rebooting the phone afterwards. This happens in areas where before (like restaurants, doctor offices, etc) I had no issues accessing safari or Facebook. The cellular data is on, the apps are on, roaming is on, airplane mode is off, wi-fi is on. When I am home accessing my wi-fi everything works peachy, get about 2 houses away and here comes the message.

Check with your cell provider to have them look at the provisioning on your iPhone. You may also need to replace your SIM.
