How do you share with family sharing individual music purchases without buying the Apple Music streaming service?

If you are using Family Share, the member who wants to download the music should select the purchaser's id in the Purchased tab in the iTunes Store app : Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing - Apple Support
