If you use an application like PhoneView (Mac) or TouchCopy (Mac or Windows), you can archive your messages to either text or pdf and then it's very easy to print them.

If you need to do this for any court case or other legal reason, ask your attorney's advice. If you don't do things correctly, your texts might not be admissible.

The best way to do this would be to take a screen shot of the texts and then print that. You could print the screen shot straight from the photos app using air print or email it to your computer.
