Apple TV 3, no access Apple TV app

I am trying to access my Apple TV App to see what shows are available, first time in a while. I cannot access ‘Watch Now’ ‘Movies’ ‘etc, spinning wheel only. I can see old purchases in my library, but nothing else.

It seems Apple Tv 3 is still supported, but I’m ‘No Go’ for the app. Netflix and everything else has been working fine. Tried reboot, unplugged restarted all devices: apple TV, modem & router..

anything else I can do? It couldn’t be ISP related?
