Apple Music cancellation

Hello, I have cancelled my Apple Music subscription three times and have just received a charge for a monthly charge. I wish to be refunded this and my subscription be cancelled immediately

First check that you successfully cancelled “Apple Music Membership”

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

now View your purchase history to see what the iTunes charges were actually for

if you still feel there was an error

Request a refund for an App Store or iTunes Store purchase
