Subscription

hello, Ive been charging for iTunes subscription, but I did not subscribe.

Do you mean Apple Music ? Or a subscription via your iTunes account ? There isn't a subscription to iTunes itself.


If you do, and if it shows on your iTunes account's purchase history and if you claim you never tried/used it or did use it and cancelled it, contact iTunes Support and see what they say : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
