need to wipe iphone 6, restrictions passcode. help?
need to reset my sons iphone 6 as selling it but being asked for a restrictions passcode and no idea what it is, please help ! thanks

I'm sorry, but that support document has nothing to do with the Restrictions passcode, or what is now ScreenTime. The document you present is for the iPhone passcode, the one needed to open the screen. The Restrictions passcode can only be removed by restoring the device to factory and set up as new, since the passcode is in the backup. A regular passcode is not in the backup. The link Tim provided is what is necessary to wipe the phone for sale purposes, which will remove the Restrictions passcode, and also prepare the device for sale, which is what the OP requested.
