Apple Music Payment

I have recently got a new card and Apple Music has tried to take payment from that card but I have already deactivated so that won’t go through. I am trying to add my new card but it’s saying I need to verify my old one which isn’t possible due to it no longer being active. When I try to remove the old one it tells me to activate it and that a card has to be on file.

If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID
